
GROUP TRAINING
Location: The Bootcamp sessions will take place at Hoerskool Jim Fouche’s designated training area, providing a convenient and familiar environment for participants.
Schedule: Participants will engage in high-energy, 45-minute sessions every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. These sessions can be scheduled during convenient times after school hours or in the early evening, accommodating students’ schedules and maximizing attendance.
Workout of the Day (WOD): Each session will feature a dynamic and challenging “Workout of the Day” (WOD) format, combining cardio and strength training elements. These workouts will be tailored to suit the fitness levels and goals of the participants, ensuring a safe and effective training experience.
Expert Instruction and Guidance: Certified fitness trainers will lead the Bootcamp sessions, providing expert instruction, guidance, and motivation to participants. Trainers will prioritize proper form and technique, offer modifications as needed, and foster a supportive and inclusive training environment.
Variety and Progression: The WODs will vary each session to keep participants engaged and prevent boredom. Progression will be built into the program, with exercises and intensity levels gradually increasing over time to challenge participants and facilitate continuous improvement.

General Meal and Nutrition Guidelines for Hoerskool Jim Fouche Participants:
Balanced Nutrition: Participants will be encouraged to follow a balanced diet consisting of whole foods such as lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Emphasis will be placed on consuming nutrient-dense foods to support energy levels and recovery from training.
Proper Hydration: Adequate hydration is crucial for optimal performance and recovery. Participants will be reminded to drink water throughout the day and during Bootcamp sessions to stay hydrated.
Pre- and Post-Workout Nutrition: Participants will be advised to consume balanced meals or snacks before and after Bootcamp sessions to fuel their workouts, support muscle recovery, and replenish glycogen stores.
Portion Control: Participants will learn about proper portion sizes and the importance of listening to their body’s hunger and fullness cues to avoid overeating.
Mindful Eating: Participants will be encouraged to practice mindful eating, focusing on enjoying their food and paying attention to hunger and fullness signals.
Consistency and Moderation: Consistent adherence to healthy eating habits, along with occasional indulgences in moderation, will be emphasized as key principles of a sustainable nutrition plan.
